Than Merrill Wholesaling University Launch Starts 1/20
Okay, I chatted w/ Than last week about his launch coming up, Wholesaling University, and it looks like it’s shaping up to be a great product. If you haven’t met Than or chatted w/ him on the phone he’s a great guy and will run his launch the right way.
Here’s the details…
The When:
- Pre-Launch: The Pre-launch is set to start on January 20th (1/20)
- Launch Dates: Than is opening up the doors on January 29th and will keep it open for a short time (48 hours)
The Who:
- Mr. “Flip This House” Than Merrill
The What:
Wholesaling University is going to be a 2 part launch kinda thing…
- Newly updated wholesaling home study course w/ 200 pg manual and 11audio CD’s ($500 pricepoint)
- Monthly Wholesaling U continuity w/ strategies in place to increase stick rates ($97/mo)
Price Point:
- Home Study: $500
- Wholesaling U: $97/month

Affiliate Prizes: It looks like there’s going to be some great prizes for affiliates… including a “top gun experience“… which would kick @ss. Check them out and the other ways Than has set up so you can build your opt in lists from the launch.
Commission: 50% on both the home study and continuity

I see Than and Gerald have competing time frames.
Both look to be powerful, well done, profitably launches, and I’m looking forward to promoting each.
Any chance one of you might adjust slightly to prevent overlap? Either one of you have some flexibility in that arena? Otherwise I’d think it could hurt them both (one distracting from the other).

Ya, they overlap a bit and I chatted w/ both of them on the phone and they’re coordinating their email drops so they don’t have a huge conflict.
They are both promoting each others launch so they want it to work for everyone else too.
There probably will be a little distraction because both will be promoted heavily around the net… but the products are different enough that it should all wash out in the end just fine.
