Jim Fleck Ultimate List Building & Vegas JV Mastermind Event – Oct 2nd & 3rd
We got word late last month about Jim Flecks launch coming up in October. Right now the specifics on the 
product, pricepoint, etc. aren’t out there for everyone yet… but we’ll get those up as soon as we get them in.
But, what we do know about is a VIP 2 day mastermind training called the “Ultimate List Building & JV Mastermind Vegas” event aimed at helping us JV’s generate more leads and grow our businesses to the next level… following the processes Jim and his team have used to generate over $42.8 million in revenue in the last two years alone in his info marketing biz. Ya… those are real numbers.
This post to notify you of the launch… but mostly right now about the Vegas event. We’ll post more launch specifics once we get them in a new blog post.

The When:
- Jim’s launch is set to start pre-launch on October 7th (10/7) and open the doors on October 14th (10/14) (more launch details will come as we get them)
- The Vegas Ultimate List Building and JV Mastermind event: October 2nd & 3rd (10/2, 10/3)
The Who:
Jim Fleck and his team are putting on the Ultimate List Building and JV Mastermind event in Vegas the first weekend of October.
Jim has been a super-affiliate in the REI infomarketing space placing at the top of virtually every launch he participates in… and his infomercials have brought in tens of millions of dollars into his REI educational biz in the last 2 years… bottom line… he’s a big deal…. and we can all learn a thing or two from how he markets his business.
The What:
A 2 day down and dirty training w/ Jim, Shawn Casey, and his team where he pulls back the curtain on his business and how he’s generated over $40 million in revenue in the last 2 years… and how they are going to generate even more in 2010.
Basically, it’s a look into one of the biggest and most effective infomarketers in any industry (not just REI) so we can explode our own businesses the same way he has.
Who’s Invited?: Well, this event looks like it’s for anyone who is a top tier JV in the REI marketplace and wants to grow their business. Almost all of the top names in the industry will be there… so this isn’t going to be your normal REI gathering… very exclusive people here.
What’s It Cost?: Well, the event is free to JVs as a gift from Jim for helping him promote his launch in October (which will be a huge one). There is a $195 or so “save my seat” fee to make sure Jim saves a seat for you at the event… but that fee is 100% refundable once you get to Vegas. I see myself turning those 2 days into several hundred thousand dollars over the next year or two just from the JV’s I’ll strike up and the new techniques I’ll learn.
The last event I went to was Jeff Adams Vegas event last March… and I can honestly attribute those two days to striking pu JV’s that have already put well over $200k into the bottom line of my business this year alone. That $800 I spent on hotel and plane was a great investment… I’ll trade $1k for $200k any day 
I’m guessing that Jim timed this Vegas event so we can take what we learn and apply to his launch… but also to get us all jazzed up about his launch in October… which is an excellent strategy.

September 2009 Launch Update (2 Launches – 2 Cool Events)

I”m not sure about you… but there’s no better way to really increase productivity on a Friday afternoon than to crack open a Corona 
Lol, I’m not sure if my productivity goes up… but I enjoy the afternoon a bit better.
Anyhow, I’m back from Europe… Ireland was awesome… Amsterdam is crazy… and we got lost in Brussels because we don’t know a lick of French (lesson learned). But, I’m back in the saddle and ready to head into “launch season” with full steam. I took that pic at the top of this post in a small town in Ireland… kinda cool I think. I was going to put up a pic of me… but I couldn’t find one where I didn’t have a pint of Guiness in my hand

September Launch Update – 2 Launches
Alrighty, there’s 3 launches on tap for September right now. Here they are for ya
- Nate Kennedys “Grand Opening” Launch – Pre-Launch: 9/14 – Launch: 9/20
Nate is launching his multiple level coaching program called the “Instant Investor Cash Machine” in mid September. He’s got some really cool results based prizes on tap and is offering up 70% commissions for the top affiliate in each category based on “list size”. If I have to pick a “must promote” launch for September it’s DEFINITELY Brads launch. From first hand experience… Brad treats his JV’s better than anyone I have ever worked with (and I’ve worked with a lot of product owners… a lot), is top notch, and his products always convert really well. (My wife loves the wine baskets
Top Notch Copy: I put Brad in contact with Agora Publishing (ya, that Agora) #2 copywriter who writes almost all of the sales copy for Agora’s financial promotions… his sales letters have pulled well into the tens of millions… and he’s doing Brads copy for this launch… so it’s going to convert.
Launch Team: Brad signed on Frank and Alex to manage his launch… so we all know it’s going to be handled right since they’ve managed more than half of the top real estate launches in the last 18 months.
A Proven Product: Brad is re-launching his product based on a hugely successful test launch he did last spring where his $997 upsell converted at just over 28%. I know… those numbers sound stupid, fake… and crazy… but I have first hand experience that it’s the real deal because when I promoted his launch in the spring… we made over $10k sending about 2 emails… and the updsell converted great. Oh, the product is solid too…

You might have heard a bit about Michael Kimball and Dan Kennedy’s event in Clevelend this fall… well… word is the date may be changing… but until thats confirmed… you should definitely check it out and join the crowd of top notch investors and marketers that are going to be there.
- Michael Kimball and Dan Kennedy REI Direct Mail Event – 10/2 – 10/3 in Cleveland
Michael Kimball and Dan Kennedy are putting on an exclusive event where they’re going to walk you through exactly how they’re both using direct mail in their own businesses to market to and acquire new real estate investor customers and leads. I don’t have to tell you about Dan… he’s a legend… and Michael has built a $1million+ a year business in the real estate space just in the last 12 months using direct mail.Check out the event. But, Jim Fleck is launching his product in October… and is putting on a top notch JV event in Vegas the first weekend in October. Jeff Adams did a similar event last spring… and I can honestly say that the 3 days I was there has so far directly contributed to over $100k in “free” revenue for my company that likely wouldn’t have been there without the connections I made at the event.I don’t have any details or a link for ya right now… just mark this weekend on your calendar. In 2008 Jack did the largest real estate launch at that time… doing just over $1.5 million in a week… and from our customers who grabbed Jacks program… we heard nothing but raves about his program, customer support, and overall experience.
