There’s actually 2 different launches that I’m going to fit into the post here… Peter is doing a small “beta” launch for anyone who wants to join in the fun… and the real “big daddy” launch is hitting the market w/ guns a blazin’ in April (same time as our Private Money Blueprint launch… but they’re totally different products so no worries

• Beta Launch Dates: Peter set his pre-launch to start on 2/10 and open the doors on the product on 2/17 – 24.

Here’s the deal on the R.E.I.D.S. launch… served up with a heaping helping of grub direct from the Polish homeland (actually looks pretty darn good!).

Peter knows his product better than I… so here’s the details in his own words.

I can’t reveal it yet but if you go to my blog, you’ll get an idea.   However, the product’s name is:

R.E.I.D.S. (that’s a acronym for it)   Here’s what it’ll consist of.

• Peter Kolat’s R.E.I.D.S. course
• 15 module course with membership continuity program
• This course is totally different that the products released during the real estate launches that are hapenning right now.  The way I see it, it won’t matter if you are into wholesaling, probate, flipping, short sales, land, mobile homes, etc.  This product will benefit you and the people on your list.

Price Point (monthly continuity and upsells in launch):

• R.E.I.D.S. Product: $500
• Monthly Continuity: TBA (either $97 or $147)
  

The How (how you make money that is):

Joint venture partners will benefit by (this is for the big launch in April… the Beta launch details are that you get a 52% commission rather than the standard 50%. So if you want 52%… help him w/ his beta launch):

• 50% commission on the front end and 50% commission on the continuity program. I STRONGLY believe that the retention rate on the continuity program will be much higher than some other membership programs.  Why?  Because of the way I’ve set up the program.  Basically, it wouldn’t be worth it for them to quit the membership program after we’ll set it up for them.
• Continuity program will be either @ $97 or $147/ month.
• Lots of AWESOME PRIZES for both opt-ins and sales.  Since I’m 100% Polish, there may be some vodka included (EDITORIAL NOTE by Trevor: I found this pic I posted below of Peter riding to launch headquarters w/ the launch “loot”… shaping up to be a crazy launch
• Prelaunch will go from April 9-20.  I’ll be using several pre-launch techniques that up to this point, Jan. 16, 2009, I haven’t seen ANY REAL ESTATE product launch use.
• Everyone who participates will receive my prelaunch and launch behind the door look.
• I will give all JV partners no-holds marketing strategies they can use for my launch and any other launch.  It goes WAY beyond marketing to your list with video, rewritting emails, etc.
• Some JV partners WILL have the opportunity to earn HIGHER monthly commissions than what they reffer.  For instance, if you sold 20 membership spots at $97, you’ll receive $970 per month check.  Some JV partners will have the OPPORTUNITY to earn much more per month than that, even if he/she only refers those 20 spots.  Details will come prior to launch.
• You’ll have the ability to build your OWN LIST during the launch.  Details will come later.
• As a JV partner, you’ll have the opportunity to get my entire course and a lifetime membership for FREE. Some details on how to get the course for free are below.  (don’t worry, you won’t have to sign over your house).
