Mitch, Alex Pardo’s JV guy got a hold of me and shot over some details about Alex’s “Rockstars in Real Estate” webinar training series that’s kicking off next week.

The When:

• Alex is starting the webinar series on Jan 21st (1/21) and it will continue on for the next few months.  Basically, it’s an ongoing series and affiliates have a chance to make $ for the entire series!

The What:

Here’s what I have on this… it’s a free webinar series that’s going to go on for the next 12 weeks with 12 different real estate investing expert/gurus/… whatever we call ourselvs.

Essentially, he’s using the model of interviewing people… then offering their products for sale w/ upsells and continuity offered along the way.  Basically… just by sending a prospect to the series… affiliates will get a chance to make commissions on products the person buys for several months (if I’m wrong here let me know Mitch…)

The How (how you make money that is):

I think knows way the heck more about the product than me… so I’ll let the master himself tell you about what’s in it for affiliates…

“We will be paying out 75% of the product sales from our OTO (one-time-offer). (75% of profit = 97.00 – $24.25 = $72.75) we’re only subtracting the hard cost for all of the package fulfillment costs = $24.25, so affiliates will be making $72.75/sale.

In addition to the commission initially made through the OTO, we will provide two additional profit opportunities as well. $10 per person per month for our monthly membership site. 10% of the speakers sales (when someone from the affiliates list(s) purchases their products or services). We have pre-written all of the promo emails and I will personally sign up affiliates and get them their emails along with their affiliate link already embedded, so that they can just send them.”
