It’s a great value… a ton of information… and is somewhat of an encyclopedia for real estate investors (the thing is over 1k pages!).

Really… since there’s so many pages in this resource… I’d almost call it an encyclopedia for investors written by many of the top REI experts in the industry.

Commission structure is pretty darn straight forward for ya.
Commission = $50 per sale
Right now theres a value of $10k placed on the info in the resource… so w/ the right sales offer it should convert pretty well and the customer should be pretty darn pleased with their investment and the value they’ll get.
