Alrighty… I hope you all had a great New Years!
I had a few friends from college come into town to stay with my wife and I… and I’m just now winding down and getting back into “work” mode.
Over the weekend I had a chance to chat with Corey Perlman… and he’s a smart dude. We chatted
about his book launch (not an ebook) which is being published by Wiley & Sons… and it’s not specifically real estate investing centric… but the thing is that this book was born from his teachings of the same stuff to real estate investors.
So… my thoughts are that the book may be a great low cost resource to point prospects to to learn the ins and outs of using the net to generate leads for your REI biz.
Truthfully… if you’re looking for $1,500 affiliate commissions from this thing you’re at the wrong place.
But, what Corey’s got in store is that to sell the book and to help JV partners build up their lists easily and cheaply (free)… you as a JV are placed on the bonus page (currently about 30) where people who buy the book can download your bonuses (of course after they opt in to your list if you want them to).
Hey… it’s for you to decide whether this launch is for you… but it’s a great opportunity to build your list and refer your list to a low cost product w/ a ton of great high value bonuses.

Here’s all you have to do:
1) Send ” corey [at] eBootCampBook.com“ a 1-2 sentence description before January 5th, 2009, of what you would like to offer along with your photo. Please also send a digital copy of your bonus so we can add it to the bonus webpage. This can be a PDF, podcast, webpage, anything that I can link to.
2) If you’d like each person to opt-in to your list prior to receiving your bonus, you’ll want to create a web page that contains a downloadable report, article, e-book, or something of similar value that you haven’t offered before, plus a way for the visitor to sign up with you.
