Jim Fleck Ultimate List Building & Vegas JV Mastermind Event – Oct 2nd & 3rd
We got word late last month about Jim Flecks launch coming up in October. Right now the specifics on the 
product, pricepoint, etc. aren’t out there for everyone yet… but we’ll get those up as soon as we get them in.
But, what we do know about is a VIP 2 day mastermind training called the “Ultimate List Building & JV Mastermind Vegas” event aimed at helping us JV’s generate more leads and grow our businesses to the next level… following the processes Jim and his team have used to generate over $42.8 million in revenue in the last two years alone in his info marketing biz. Ya… those are real numbers.

The When:

The Who:
Jim Fleck and his team are putting on the Ultimate List Building and JV Mastermind event in Vegas the first weekend of October.
Jim has been a super-affiliate in the REI infomarketing space placing at the top of virtually every launch he participates in… and his infomercials have brought in tens of millions of dollars into his REI educational biz in the last 2 years… bottom line… he’s a big deal…. and we can all learn a thing or two from how he markets his business.
The What:
A 2 day down and dirty training w/ Jim, Shawn Casey, and his team where he pulls back the curtain on his business and how he’s generated over $40 million in revenue in the last 2 years… and how they are going to generate even more in 2010.
Basically, it’s a look into one of the biggest and most effective infomarketers in any industry (not just REI) so we can explode our own businesses the same way he has.
Who’s Invited?: Well, this event looks like it’s for anyone who is a top tier JV in the REI marketplace and wants to grow their business. Almost all of the top names in the industry will be there… so this isn’t going to be your normal REI gathering… very exclusive people here.
What’s It Cost?: Well, the event is free to JVs as a gift from Jim for helping him promote his launch in October (which will be a huge one). There is a $195 or so “save my seat” fee to make sure Jim saves a seat for you at the event… but that fee is 100% refundable once you get to Vegas. I see myself turning those 2 days into several hundred thousand dollars over the next year or two just from the JV’s I’ll strike up and the new techniques I’ll learn.
The last event I went to was Jeff Adams Vegas event last March… and I can honestly attribute those two days to striking pu JV’s that have already put well over $200k into the bottom line of my business this year alone. September 2009 Launch Update (2 Launches – 2 Cool Events)

I”m not sure about you… but there’s no better way to really increase productivity on a Friday afternoon than to crack open a Corona 
Lol, I’m not sure if my productivity goes up… but I enjoy the afternoon a bit better.
Anyhow, I’m back from Europe… Ireland was awesome… Amsterdam is crazy… and we got lost in Brussels because we don’t know a lick of French (lesson learned). But, I’m back in the saddle and ready to head into “launch season” with full steam. I took that pic at the top of this post in a small town in Ireland… kinda cool I think. I was going to put up a pic of me… but I couldn’t find one where I didn’t have a pint of Guiness in my hand

If I have to pick a “must promote” launch for September it’s DEFINITELY Brads launch. From first hand experience… Brad treats his JV’s better than anyone I have ever worked with (and I’ve worked with a lot of product owners… a lot), is top notch, and his products always convert really well. Top Notch Copy: I put Brad in contact with Agora Publishing (ya, that Agora) #2 copywriter who writes almost all of the sales copy for Agora’s financial promotions… his sales letters have pulled well into the tens of millions… and he’s doing Brads copy for this launch… so it’s going to convert.
Launch Team: Brad signed on Frank and Alex to manage his launch… so we all know it’s going to be handled right since they’ve managed more than half of the top real estate launches in the last 18 months.
A Proven Product: Brad is re-launching his product based on a hugely successful test launch he did last spring where his $997 upsell converted at just over 28%. I know… those numbers sound stupid, fake… and crazy… but I have first hand experience that it’s the real deal because when I promoted his launch in the spring… we made over $10k sending about 2 emails… and the updsell converted great. Oh, the product is solid too…

Mark Jackson and Sam Bell REO Goldminer Launch: Pre-launch 5/6 – Launch 5/13
Alrighty JVupdaters… I just got done chatting with Mark Jackson and Sam Bell… and they’re ready hit the ground running with a great new product of theirs thats already been tested on a beta group and already has proven conversion #’s.

I’d never met Mark or Sam in person before we met up in Vegas… and both guys are rock solid guys with great reputations. Definitely good guys to get to know both for business and outside of business. Okay, this product is really pretty darn cool… Mark was telling me about it right after he and Sam got back from a month long trans Atlantic trip to Italy where they had some fun… did some biz… and closed more than 1 REO deal while they were gone.
I’m going to give you my take on REOGoldminer then I’ll let Mark tell you in his own words. Essentially… REO Goldminer is a feature rich REO search engine… so essentially you can hop on it… punch in some criteria… and it spits out the REO properties for that area and those specs. They’ve tied up some big time relationships so they’ve got a great database of REO’s (I don’t know how they did it… but there’s a ton in there).

Trevor Mauch and Patrick Riddle Private Money Bluprint Launch – Pre-Launch 4/21: Launch 5/7
It’s kinda crazy when I look back at how JVupdate started back in December ‘08 (just a few months back)… and how much of a following it’s drawn in our industry. There’s over 190 REI marketers/gurus/etc. now in the group (almost every big name in REI is a member… there are a few “big dogs” that I’m going after to join up)… and it’s already been directly responsible for nearly six figures in EXTRA revenues for our members (it’s only been 2 and a half months).

After the launch dies down we’re going to go into a “downsell launch” where we sell all of the non buyers into the Private Money Getting websites (also buyer and seller websites are part of the package w/ squeeze pages)… so about a week after the initial launch there will be a 2nd wave of sales. Kinda cool huh?
The How (how you make money that is):
First… we’ll have the JV partner page up early April where “it’ll all go down”… we’ll get that link to ya when it’s ready.
As far as how the heck you walk away with FREE MONEY FOREVER is pretty cut and dry.
- You’ll get 50% commissions on main course, Private Money Monthly continuity, and the upsell… those alone will convert like mad and we’re going to be doing some cool high value stuff with the members to keep the stick rates high.
- On all of the Private Money website upgrades (which will be high because we’re doing case study based marketing using the sites… frankly… they kick butt… give results… and the people using them swear by them now)… on those sales it’ll be an ongoing 20% of revenues (which isn’t huge per customer)… but the stick rate on these is going to be outrageous… so you’ll be getting checks this time next year for most of your customers who sign up for these sites.
We brought in one of the top launch guys from OUTSIDE of the REI space to manage the launch. He’s good friends with Jeff and John Walker and is a damn good marketer… his name is Chris Brisson and he’s worked w/ a ton of big name marketers in the IM industry… great dude. This thing will be done right… you can count on it.
Prizes... once we get the launch blog up and rolling you’ll see the launch prizes. We’re not going to be able to compete w/ the Dodge Charger (Jeff, you really raised the bar with that one… that rocked!)… but there’s going to be some rockin’ goodies up for grabs throughout the launch… if any of you are golfers I’m thinking about something really cool for ya (let me know how many golfers there are out there…).

Tim Mai Product Launch And Birthday Bash – Pre-launch 3/31: Launch 4/8
Alright JVupdaters… Tim Mai connected w/ me and let us know about his big launch and birthday bash starting the end of this month (March) and really ramping up the 2nd week in April.
I’ve taken a lot of time to really look at the details of the launch and see what it is… and what it isn’t… and it looks like it’s going to be pretty darn impressive. Ya… Tim had a few hiccups with the last launch… but we’ve all learned from them… and the way they’ve put this launch together it is extremely tight and they’re pulling all of the stops. Okay, the way Tim is going about the launch looks like it’s going to be quite a bit different from his last rodeo. During his last launch it was a $7 upfront loss-leader w/ a $197 continuity and upsells.
I actually like the strategy for this go around a lot better and the stick rate on the continuity is going to be WAY HIGHER as a result of the way they are structuring the sale. Before Tim sold the $7 blueprints and the continuity was attached as a bonus… this time the continuity is what they are selling… so people are going into the purchase with the mindset that they are buying the continuity… hence… stick rates will rock.

Dan Auito 60 REI Expert DVD/Digital Download Compendium Launch 5/15
