Affiliate Program Directory
Hey guys and gals…
By request from a few fellow JV’s we’re starting an affiliate program directory here on JVupdate.com so we can check out one place to find the affiliate programs we want to promote… saving us a ton of time… and making us a few more dollars in the process.
So, here we are… over time we’ll build up the list so we hopefully have every single REI affiliate program listed in one place.
If you have an affiliate program and want some more exposure to 60+ of the top affiliates and marketers in the REI industry… head over to the contact form and give me the details below:
- Your name (of course)
- URL to affiliate program sign up page… or other contact info if no URL (URL preferred)
- Your main profit pulling product info
- Commission info
- Any metrics you can provide (opt in %, conversion rate after opt in, etc.)
- Whatever the heck else you want to send us… we’ll get the vital info out to the other JV’s
Sound good?… good.

(NOTE: For right now we’ll list in alphabetical order. I want to have a searchable directory created where you can search by name, product focus, etc… but for now we’ll just list alphabetically by last name until the coding can be done)

- Traffic: 14k+ monthly unique visitors w/ 80k+ pageviews
- Main Product Focuses: Private Money, property management software
- Main Product: The Private Money Blueprint 6 week online coaching program. We just finished up our live online coaching program w/ a pricepoint of $897. This course w/ approx. 20 hours of video, 9 detailed blueprints, forms, docs, marketing, etc. is going to be turned into a home study in late spring ‘09. A front end product that will run approx $47 will be out in early ‘09 as well which will pay 75% commissions. More details to follow.
- Commissions: 50% commission and a lifetime cookie on any prospect who opts into our list… if they opt in today and buy a product of ours 9 months from now… you earn a commission.
- NOTES: When you sign up as an affiliate, we’ll create a custom landing page for you that has been converting at approx. 53% avg. for 3 different JV partners who have mailed for it. It gives away 3+ hours of instructional video on getting private money and resources/templates that others are selling currently for $100+. Huge value… converts well… gets them in our funnel cookied as yours forever (unless the elusive cookie monster snatches up the cookie)

- Main Product Focuses: Cash & Self Directed IRA Investments. Rental ready cash flowing properties at discount.
- Commissions: $500 – $2,000 + depending on Cash/IRA investment amount. $1,500 – $2,000 per property.
- NOTES: This program does have a longer sales cycle than just a simple product sale but commissions are much greater as well. Non competing and very informative teleseminar. Ephren is an engaging and excellent speaker with a different story to tell that people really embrace.
